Our Approach:

We will work with you to design the study and will carry out the profiling and gene selection, either by identification of statistically interesting genes, or by gene signature generation.
We will carry out pathway analysis on the lists, identifying the pathways involved, how the genes in the pathway are interacting and constructing gene networks, indicative of the interactions between pathways.
Upon identification of pathways of interest, we can carry out validation studies to identify a panel of genes suitable for developing into a predictive test.
We will use our expertise in working with all relevant technologies to identify the appropriate technology to develop and validate the test.
